What are your Fees?

Our fees vary based on the type and scope of the property management services needed. Since every property and owner is different, we cater our packages to meet the needs of each of our clients unique situations.

Do I need to be local to California to be eligable for services?

The short answer is no! Our consultations can be done virtually and we can set up a full service co-hosting arrangement virtually as well. However, if you would like our team to update, photograph, videograph or set up a property, we will need to be present at the location.

One of our goals is to be hands-on for every owner and property we work with, so if a service requires our team to be on-site, arrangements can be made nationwide!

Where is Your Office Located?

We have team members ready to serve our clients in Southern California, Central Florida and the greater Seattle area. If your properties are located outside of any of these areas, get in touch with us so we can send our team to you!

What if I have multiple properties?

Multi-unit arrangements are a huge part of what we do. If you have more than one property to begin, or if you're looking to expand your portfolio, our sales team would be more than happy to work with you on pricing structures for one-time and recurring services.
